Sysco Agrees To Sell 11 US Foods Distribution Centers To PFG ▶ Sysco Corporation announced that it has reached a defnitive agreement to sell Performance Food Group 11 US Foods facilities related to its pending merger with US Foods. The divestiture package is contingent on consummation of the proposed merger of Sysco and US Foods announced in December 2013. Keurig Green Mountain To Launch Keurig Kold ▶ Keurig unveiled its cold-beverage system — dubbed Keurig Kold — at the Consumer Analyst Group of New York conference. The counter-top system uses pod-based technology to create cold beverages. Keurig Kold will offer cold drink pods from Coca-Cola and Dr Pepper Snapple Group, as well as from its own brands. The beverages will be chilled to 38 degrees Fahrenheit and will not require a CO 2 canister for preparation.
