ne of my favorite things to discuss with operators and manufacturers in this industry is technology. Specifcally, the opportunities it will give
to continue to move this industry forward, make
the industry more effcient, give operators complete
insight into their business, engage the customer
and of course, increase an operator's bottom line.
I also live in the publishing world and I enjoy
learning about all the new technologies that are
available to us as publishers. Believe me, I know
what it feels like to be bombarded with a slew
of new technologies and everyone is in a rush
to implement them. Some
things make sense, some
things don't. Because the
publishing world is constantly evolving, the task
that myself and Emily have
is to identify a possible
opportunity and see if it
makes sense to introduce it
in our publication or not.
However, I don't want to
bore you with the intricacies

purpose is to provide you
